Mr. Letcher is a tax accountant in private practice and is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (Enrolled Agent/EA) and is a Registered Financial Consultant serving both individual and corporate clients. He is a co-founder of Unified Services I, Inc. a Professional Employer Organization and is one of the largest employers in the City of Surprise; he has served as the Board Chairman and CEO since its inception. He also is the founder of Unified Services Inc. an accounting, payroll and tax preparation service, serving numerous clients throughout Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. As one of the two co-founders of Sage Academy Charter School, he has served as the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Administrator. Sage Academy was granted its Charter Contract in December of 2006 by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. He is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors for both the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents and the Phoenix West Valley Chapter of Enrolled Agents, including a term as the Chapter Vice-President and one term as President. Mr. Letcher earned his Bachelor of Science, in Management from Grand Canyon University.

I’ve had prior payroll processing and administration experience, but I have learned so much more since I started. I also help out with accounting, and help out during tax season. Eryn leads our team and associates with a passion for building lasting relationships with our clients. She started part-time in 2011, helping to handle the heavy workload that comes with the hectic and fast pace of any given tax season until she took a permant part of the team in 2016. Her current responsibilities are as varied as are the numerous services we offer to our clients. As one of the first people to interact with our clients, she emphasizes listening and giving the client the peace of mind that we here at Unified Services take great pride in.

Carmen has worked with Unified Services since 2000. She started part-time helping to handle the heavy workload that comes with the hectic and fast pace of tax season and was an integral part of the team until 2018. She came back in 2019, as a payroll specialist handling all of our PEO client's and their employee's needs.

Hi, I am Jordyn, and I am Unified Services Office Specialist which means I am the guy who inputs the paperwork and files and generally makes sure the papers are in the place they should be. I also help the other departments with tasks they need done which helps balance the workload. I started working here during 2020 full-time, as I was given the opportunity to see if a business career may be something I may be interested in. I am learning skills in accounting and customer relations as more responsibilities have been given to me. As I am also one of the voices, and currently the only guy, other than Lenny (the owner) that you may hear when you call in to ask a question or schedule an appointment.
